Data retention, export and deletion

Continuity data stays associated with its project until you delete that project. The product does not silently copy customer Memory into owner/GOLD state.

An authenticated owner can export project metadata plus tenant Memory as JSON. Deletion removes tenant checkpoints/failures, revokes project keys, redacts project PII in the commercial control plane, and returns a deletion receipt.

Backups created for safe deployment are operational recovery artifacts and are access-restricted.
